Delivery is free on all orders over HK$300 (after discount). Only one delivery address is allowed for each order. Remote area is not included in this arrangement. Flat rate of HK$60 will be charged for order below HK$300.
Outlying Islands (Cheung Chau, Peng Chau, Lamma Island, Mui Wo) : The goods will be delivered to the ferry going from the Central Pier to the outlying island, and customers need to pick up the goods at the corresponding outlying island pier.
Ma Wan : Delivery can be arranged for purchases over HKD800, or subject to discussion
Discovery Bay : Delivery can be arranged for purchases over HKD1,000, or subject to discussion
Frontier Closed Area : Delivery could not be arranged
The most convenient delivery arrangement will be provided to customers, either by delivery, courier or by post, depending on customer's order detail.
Our staff will contact to confirm the order and delivery arrangement. In general, delivery will be arranged within 5 business days. If customers require delivery after one week or longer, please contact us in advance for stock reservation.
If there is no elevator to the delivery address and requires stair climbing, it must be stated at the time of ordering, otherwise the delivery arrangement could be affected. Normally, free delivery is only limited to the 1st floor (within 20 steps). There will be surcharge of HK$40 from the 2nd - 4th floor, and HK$80 for delivery to the 5th- 8th floor. Delivery to door is limited to the 8th floor without elevator, and each box of goods weigh not more than 20kg. Otherwise, customer can pick up the goods on the ground floor.
Customer will be notified on the day of delivery via WhatsApp, and we will as well contact the recipient to confirm before delivery. If no response from customer, the delivery service will be automatically postponed.
If there is nobody to receive the delivery upon our arrival, we will contact the customer again for redelivery.
There will be a surcharge of HK$60 for this rearrangement, or the customer can choose in-store pickup without surcharge.
If customer requests to put the goods at door or lobby management counter, we will not be responsible in case of any damage or loss.
In case of typhoons or black rainstorm signal, delivery will be postponed. We will contact customer for new delivery schedule, or customer can contact us for new arrangement.
In case of heavy rain, bad weather or special traffic jams, delivery time may be affected and delayed. We will contact the affected customers for arrangement depending on specific circumstances.
Step One Creations Company reserves the final right to interpret the terms and conditions herein. In the event of conflict between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.
